"Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, both during check-in and in listening to our needs before departure. A special thanks to Pascal, always attentive and present, and to Ian for his availability. The catamaran (Bali Catsmart) was brand new and in perfect condition; it's rare to find boats so well equipped. The Pin Roland base is very convenient, especially for boarding and disembarking operations. Free parking is available just across the street and nearby, and if you prefer, you can also reserve a paid parking spot right next to the docks. Highly recommended!"
